A highly motivated Information Systems graduate from Singapore Management University, I transitioned seamlessly from a successful 5-month stint as a Freelance Responsive Web Designer to a Frontend Lead in the banking sector.
As part of a graduate associate program, I've accumulated 5 years of diverse experience, marked by contributions to 4 distinct projects across 2 teams. In my freelancing days, I crafted and launched 4 responsive websites, showcasing my proficiency in design and development. My journey reflects a commitment to excellence and adaptability in navigating the realms of web technology and finance.

Project Goal: To create an app for KPOP fans to conveniently purchase concert merchandaise. Target Audience: KPOP Fans |
The problem: Concert merchandises are only available for sale on-site during the day of concert and fans have to queue for hours to purchase merchandises. Some fans were left disappointed as they only realised the item that they want is sold-out after queuing. |
Research Summary
We are creating Kstar Merch App to enhance the overall experience of concert goers by letting them purchase merchandise before the concert online.
Research goals: We would like to understand what are the difficulties concert goers face when purchasing merchandises.
Key Challenges: Time constrain, inconvenience, and unable to get the merchandise they want.

A Vet Registration and Booking App

Project Goal: To create a simple and easy to use online registration app for pet owners to register for their pet's visit as well as book appointments. Target Audience: Pet Owners |
The problem: Pam's Vet registration system was based on phone calls and in-person registration/bookings which caused a long wait for the pet owners. |

Most pet owners are busy working adults that finds it too time consuming to physically queue and wait for pet registration.
Research goals: We would like to understand what are the difficulties pet owners face when bringing their pets for vet visits.
Key Challenges: Time constrain, inconvenience, and manual paperwork.
